You can request a return only if:

The product is not as described on our page
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
You changed your mind after receiving the item
Minor color differences due to screen display settings
The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Custom or clearance sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Mention your order ID, contact details, and reason for return
Attach clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
You may be asked to send the product back to our address, depending on the case
In most valid return cases, we will cover the return shipping cost
If the return is not due to our fault, the customer may bear the shipping expense
Once your return is approved and we receive the item:
You can choose between a replacement or refund/store credit, based on availability and preference
