1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after receiving the item

• Minor color differences due to screen display settings

• The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Custom or clearance sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at decorhavenhelpdesk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

2. Mention your order ID, contact details, and reason for return

3. Attach clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue

4. Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging

• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

• You may be asked to send the product back to our address, depending on the case

5. Return Shipping

• In most valid return cases, we will cover the return shipping cost

• If the return is not due to our fault, the customer may bear the shipping expense

6. After Return Approval

Once your return is approved and we receive the item:

• You can choose between a replacement or refund/store credit, based on availability and preference
